Our Story

Austin Taps was built on a simple idea: to create something of our own and bring people together in a meaningful way. What began as a small dream of a brighter future has grown into something we’re truly proud of.

Our Mission
To create lasting memories through a unique, personalized experience—keeping every detail simple so planning feels effortless and each celebration can truly be enjoyed. 

What's included

We keep pricing simple and straightforward with a service that covers everything you need for a seamless bar experience. Anything extra can be added on! This is what's included in every guest's experience.

The Prep

  Initial consultation/follow up meeting includes:

  • Alcohol calculator and alcohol shopping list
  • Two (2) signature cocktails choices
  • Mixers and other beverage choices (i.e. wine, beer, or seltzers)
  • Design custom menus tailored to your event

The Bar

  • Consumables: bottled water, napkins, cups, and straws
  • Mixers: syrup, sodas, juice, and ice
  • Garnishes: herbs, fruit, salt, sugar, and tajin

The Service

  • Five (5) hours open bar service
  • One (1) TABC-certified bartender for every 75 guests
  • General liability and liquor insurance
  • Any travel within 25 miles of Austin

Pricing

The cost of service is dependent on the number of guests and the number of guests will determine how many bartenders you need. Austin Taps operates as a dry-hire. This means the guest/host purchases the alcohol and we help with planning and creating a customized shopping list.

Hydration Station

Set up a station with unlimited lemonade, sweet & unsweet tea and hydrating cucumber water. Perfect for anyone and everyone at the event!

Caffeine Station

$300

For the last two (2) hours of your event, we'll bring out coffee, decaf and hot teas along with creamers, sugar and lids.

Caffeine & Hydration Station

Add both and we'll knock $100 of your total!

Champagne Toast

$200

We'll chill and serve champagne for that special moment or bring along our champagne wall for a little extra fun!

Tap Trailer

Looking to serve beer or wine in style? Make things convenient for your guests with our lovely little tap trailer!

Tap Trailer Rental-Only

$600

Rent out our tap trailer for the day! We will bring it to your event along with any necessary supplies as well as any help with the setup and breakdown.
